GOP Candidate Carl Paladino to Reporter: "I'll Take You Out"

.

.
Do you wanna know what kind of nutcases will be running this country if the expected GOP tidal wave happens in November?

This video shows New York GOP gubernatorial candidate Carl Paladino, getting into a shouting match with a reporter on Sept. 30 over Paladino's claim of an extramarital affair by Andrew Cuomo.

At one point in the confrontation, Paladino says "I'll take you out, buddy."

As usual, the Republicans make threats and face no consequences, while the MSM spends all its time bringing us "important" news stories like Paris Hilton's latest lover, or Britney Spears' latest hairstyle.

And meanwhile, the meek and timid Democrats bend over time and time again and take it up the ass and never fight back. They insist on being polite and not fighting fire with fire. In short, they keep bringing a wet noodle to a switchblade fight.

Paladino, if you'll recall, has a history of making controversial and offensive comments. In April, the blog WNYmedia.net published a series of offensive emails that "Paladino sent around or forwarded on to friends, associates and coworkers."

As Huffington Post noted, these include:

  • "Ahead of Obama's swearing-in ceremony, Paladino sent around a video entitled "Obama Inauguration Rehearsal." The video shows an African tribesman dancing, and is apparently popular among white supremacists.

  • An email with the subject line "Proof the Irish discovered Africa" containing a video of monkeys that appear to be doing a Riverdance-style jig.

  • A photo of Barack and Michelle Obama depicted as a pimp and a ho

  • An email featuring this fake motivational poster:"

Oh, and in case you think Paladino is some obscure Tea Party nut with no chance of being elected, keep in mind that a recent poll showed that he is only down by a mere 6 points in his race for governor with Democratic candidate Andrew Cuomo.

The man is reprehensible, and thoroughly unfit for public office of any kind. A hateful, spiteful, arrogrant person such as he should never be entrusted with the responsibilities of offive and should never be on the public payroll.

Hi Jack, thanks for your comment. By the way, that N.Y. Post reporter who confronted Paladino has a green belt in karate. I wish Paladino had taken a swing at him....he would've had his ass kicked.

So we have a person willing to make up charges against his political opponent to get into office. This isn't something new for the GOP and something tells me that this is not going to be the last candidate to try this. I suppose that it is a sad state for a nation's politics that such people are even considered for election.

One can only shudder to think about the effects if more such candidates take office. Combine a general lack of ethics with no real solutions for solving the many problems that the US faces is a recipe for even more disasters.

I agree. I'm starting to think that it might actually be best if the GOP enjoys a landslide in November and re-takes both the House and Senate and then if Sarah Palin takes the White House in 2012.
Perhaps it'd be best if the extreme Far-Right Looney Tunes nutcases take all the levers of power and then drive this nation into the ground.
I suspect that the end result would be that the Right would be so discredited after this fiasco that it'd be marginalized for decades to come.

OMG! I knew he was awful, but not this awful. Thanks for posting this. I am horrified that someone like this can have the support of any party, let alone voters, or donors.

America is in REAL trouble. At this point I would prefer Dumbya to him, and that is some scary s*it for me to admit.
